How do I place a custom order?
Visit our Free Mockup page and send us your photo or design idea via email. We'll create a free digital mockup of your custom pendant for you to review before you commit.
How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 3–5 business days. Custom pendants may take 5–7 business days for production, followed by standard shipping. We offer free shipping on all orders.
Can I return or exchange my pendant?
Yes! We accept returns within 30 days for non-customized items. Custom pendants are made-to-order and non-refundable, but we'll work with you if there's any quality concern.
What materials are your pendants made from?
Our pendants are crafted from high-quality stainless steel with a premium photo printing process that ensures vibrant, long-lasting images. They're hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant.
Can I see a preview before ordering?
Absolutely! We offer a completely free, no-obligation digital mockup. Send us your photo and we'll show you exactly how your pendant will look.
What photo quality do you need?
For the best results, we recommend photos that are at least 500x500 pixels. The clearer and higher-resolution the photo, the better your pendant will look.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and other secure payment methods through our checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also check your order status by visiting the My Orders page in your account.
