At Typo Jewelry, we take pride in the craftsmanship of our personalized photo pendants. Because each piece is uniquely customized to your specifications, our return policy differs slightly from standard retail.
1. Custom Engraved Items
Since our custom jewelry is engraved specifically with your personal photos and text, these items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless there is a physical defect in the product or a mistake made on our end.
2. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if we made an engraving error, we will gladly replace it free of charge. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a clear photograph of the defect or error.
3. Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of purchase. Once the engraving process has begun, we are unable to cancel or refund the order.
